Dorset Little Athletics Club was formed in 1968 and is a member of the Knox Little Athletic Centre.

The club became known as the Dorset Demons LAC in 2011/12 with a change in logo.

The club is self-funding and run by a committee elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting, which is held at the conclusion of each track & field season.

The club’s main roles are to co-ordinate information with the Knox Little Athletic Centre, record and reward performances by athletes and provide a fun and enjoyable environment for families.
